I own 4 house robes, including one still in the package. The two lightweight robes have torn-out elbows. I even cut off most of the sleeves on one.
Clothes wear out, just a fact of life, and I admit I wear the house robes more than any other clothes I own. I'm a basement-dwelling troglodyte and that's the BDT Uniform.

As the picture above shows, the heavier robes are hooded, and I couldn't resist a 'Robie-wan Kenobe' touch of humor.
